These terms apply to your use of this website. They are not a contract for the Bapuji service itself — if you become a client, we will give you a separate services agreement.
Bapuji is not a medical service. We retrieve and organise health records, and we show how their contents compare with published clinical guidelines. We do not diagnose, we do not treat, and we do not give medical advice. Nothing we produce is a substitute for the judgement of a doctor who knows you.
Bapuji is an administrative record retrieval and consolidation service. Acting on your written authority, we request copies of health records that organisations already hold about you, assemble them into a single document, and set them alongside relevant published clinical guidance.
We report what source documents say. We do not verify whether the clinical content of those documents is correct, and we cannot know about records we were never told existed or that a provider did not send. An absence in your assembled record is not evidence that an event did not happen. Guidelines change, and comparisons are stated as at the date of the work.
Joining the waitlist places you under no obligation and creates no contract. It does not guarantee a place, a price or a timeframe, and we may close the waitlist at any time.
The text, design and material on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. Please do not reproduce it wholesale. Any example record shown on this site describes an invented person and is illustrative only.
We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on anything it contains. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those apply to you as a consumer.
New Zealand law applies, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
